Terms and Conditions for Basingstoke Pride Ticket Giveaway
These Terms and Conditions govern the “Basingstoke Pride Ticket Giveaway” (the “Contest”) conducted by Basingstoke Pride (“Organizer”). By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years old and are residents of United Kingdom.
1.2. Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Contest Period
2.1. The Contest begins on 30th August and ends on 16th September (the “Contest Period”).
2.2. Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants must complete and submit the online survey available at https://forms.gle/KR41zdmav3BWFMsR7 during the Contest Period.
3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
4. Selection of Winners
4.1. One (1) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
4.2. The random draw will be conducted on or about 17th September by the Organizer. The decision of the Organizer is final and binding.
5. Prizes
5.1. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to Sandi Toksvig, scheduled for 26th September 2024 at Anvil Arts.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Notification
6.1. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw date.
6.2. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 2 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
7. Publicity
7.1. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice, where permitted by law.
8. Data Privacy
8.1. Any personal information supplied by participants will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy Link].
8.2. By entering the Contest, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Organizer. Participants may opt-out at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network, server, or other connectivity issues that may affect the entry process or the Contest.
9.2. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. Governing Law

11. General Conditions
