South Western Railway

Here at South Western Railway our Pride Network brings together LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to create a safe, inclusive space where people can connect, share experiences and feel supported to be themselves at work. Since forming in 2020, the network has grown to over 100 active members, evolving into a well-established community with regular hybrid meetings and strong engagement across the business. It plays an important role in raising awareness, supporting colleagues and ensuring LGBTQ+ voices are heard. The network works closely with inclusion partners, trade unions and community organisations, including LGBT Hero and Queer Now, while supporting Pride events across the network. This year, they are also launching their first Pride Network Conference, bringing colleagues together to strengthen connections and share experiences.

Interrupt Labs is made up of amazing and diverse people with backgrounds ranging across the computer security landscape. This blend of knowledge gives Interrupt Labs the backbone it needs to jump into any new challenge. From working with telecoms, banks, government and more, the team at Interrupt Labs are experienced in vulnerability research in all its forms.
